Benazir Ahmed new IGP and Abdullah Al Mamun new RAB DG
Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Director General Benazir Ahmed has been appointed as the new Inspector General of Police (IGP).
Besides, Abdullah Al Mamun, chief of the criminal investigation department (CID) of the police, has replaced Benazir as Director General of RAB.
Home Ministry issued a notification issued on Wednesday (April 8) in this regard.
